You can delete your Seven Worlds: Myths & Puzzles account and the data attached to it at any time. You do not need to ask us first, and you do not need to explain why. There are two ways to do it: inside the game, or with the form on this page if you have already uninstalled it.

Before you start

If you have an Inner Circle membership, cancel it in Google Play first. Subscriptions are billed by Google, not by us, so deleting your game account does not stop the billing. Open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel there.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Coins, artifacts, ranks, streaks and story progress are gone with the account, and purchases cannot be moved to a new one.

Delete from inside the game

  1. Open Seven Worlds: Myths & Puzzles and sign in if you are not already.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Data and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

Your account ends the moment you confirm. The game signs out, clears the data on your device, and returns you to the home screen as a guest.

Request deletion by email

Enter the email address of the Google account you sign in with. We will send you a one-time confirmation link. Opening the link and confirming deletes the account — the link is what proves the request came from you.

The link expires after one hour and works once. We send the same reply whether or not that address has an account, so this form cannot be used to find out who plays.

What deletion does

Deleted

  • Your sign-in identity, so the account can never be opened again
  • Your email address and display name
  • Your profile, avatar and privacy settings
  • Friends, followers, blocks, feed posts and reactions
  • Campaign progress, XP, rank, streaks and achievements
  • Daily Brain Drill history and Crush Your Brain records
  • Your artifact collection and Museum display
  • Leaderboard entries
  • Cloud saves and the device sync record
  • Support messages you sent us and the address you gave for a reply

Kept, without your name

  • Purchase and payment records — required by French accounting law and needed to settle a refund or chargeback. Kept for 10 years.
  • The coin ledger — the record of what was bought, granted and spent. It is append-only and cannot be altered.
  • Abuse and moderation records, including reports other players made. Deleting these on request would let anyone erase the evidence by deleting an account. Kept for up to 24 months.
  • Technical and security logs. Kept for up to 12 months.

None of these carry your name, your email address or your Google identity after deletion. They point at an account number that no longer identifies anybody.

If you never signed in

Playing as a guest creates no account with us; that progress lives on your device only. Uninstalling the game removes it, or use Settings → Data → Reset Progress to clear it while keeping the game installed.

If something goes wrong

Email support@tilkly.com from the address on the account and we will complete the deletion by hand. We answer deletion requests within 30 days, which is the limit the GDPR sets, and normally much sooner.
