Seven Worlds Get the game

Terms of service

Seven Worlds: Myths & Puzzles (com.tilkly.sevenworlds) · Updated 14 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Jyoti Singh, trading as Tilkly, Appt 4113, 169 Avenue de Grande Bretagne, 31300 Toulouse, France, for Seven Worlds: Myths, History & Puzzles. Installing or playing the game means you accept them. If you do not, do not play it.

Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Where a term below conflicts with a right you cannot waive, that right wins.

1. What you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Seven Worlds on devices you control, for your own entertainment. The game, its code, art, music, text and puzzles remain ours.

You agree not to:

  • copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content;
  • reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • cheat, automate play, modify the client, or interfere with our servers;
  • use another player's account, or sell, buy or transfer accounts;
  • extract our content in bulk, including artifact records and story text.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest with no account. Signing in with Google creates an account so your progress can sync and the social features can work. Keep control of the Google account you sign in with — anyone who has it has your game.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete Account or at https://sevenworlds.tilkly.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

3. Coins and other virtual items

Coins, artifacts, cosmetics and every other in-game item are a licence to use a feature of the game. They are not money and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, traded outside the game, exchanged for money, or withdrawn. We may change what an item costs, what it does, or retire it, when there is a good reason to — balance, a defect, or the item being withdrawn from sale.

Coins have no expiry date while your account is live. They end with the account, whether you delete it or we close it.

4. Purchases

Coins and the Inner Circle membership are sold by Google in the Play Store, at the price Google shows in your country, including any tax that applies. Google takes the payment; we never see your card details.

A purchase is delivered to your account as soon as Google confirms it. If something is charged and not delivered, write to support@tilkly.com with the order number and we will fix it.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Ask Google first; we can only correct our own mistakes.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because in-game items are delivered immediately, you are asked to agree at purchase that delivery begins at once, and you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights if what you bought is faulty or is not what was described.

Inner Circle membership

The membership is a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly, billed by Google until you cancel. Both plans give the same benefits: no ads, unlimited puzzle resets, free campaign hints, a monthly coin grant, and extra coins on every coin purchase. Cancel any time in the Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next payment; the benefits run until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund a part-used period unless the law requires it.

5. Advertising

Banner ads appear on puzzle boards for players who are not Inner Circle members. We do not control which ad Google serves. If an ad is unlawful or deceptive, tell us at support@tilkly.com and we will report it to Google.

6. Behaviour towards other players

The social features — profiles, follows, feeds, gifts and leaderboards — are for playing a game together. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players, and do not use a display name that is offensive, deceptive, or not yours to use.

You can block a player and report content from inside the game. We review reports and may hide content, restrict features, or close an account.

7. What you write

You keep ownership of anything you write, such as your display name and support messages. You give us the licence we need to display it in the game and to store it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Availability and changes

This is a live game. We add, change and retire content and features, and we run maintenance. We try to avoid losing anything you have earned, but we cannot promise the service is available without interruption.

If we discontinue the game, we will give notice in the app where we reasonably can, and stop selling items before we stop running it.

9. Ending this agreement

You may stop at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the game.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — cheating, payment fraud, abuse of other players, or attacks on the service. Where the breach is not serious we will warn you first, and you can appeal any decision by writing to support@tilkly.com. We do not refund items on an account closed for a serious breach.

10. Warranties and liability

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and where you are a consumer, we are liable only for loss that was reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms; we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or the loss of virtual items beyond replacing them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.

Talk to us first: support@tilkly.com. Most things are a misunderstanding or a bug. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the game before a significant change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop playing and delete your account.
